You can register your interest about any property online if your time is limited. We have thousands of properties for you to choose from, so we will have what you’re looking for.
2 Find the right let for you
If you are looking for a short-term residential solution a short let could be ideal for you. It will be a better option than staying in a hotel or serviced apartment. They are an ideal option for getting to know a new area. A short let can offer you flexibility in the length of the rental period and is usually furnished for a comfortable environment with all bills included in the rental charge apart from telecommunication services.
3 Managed property
More tenants find peace of mind when renting fully managed properties. A managed property has a dedicated property manager who handles day-by-day issues, a 24-hour helpline with emergency contact details in the instance of a problem arising and the assurance the property is compliant with all safety regulations.
Our office opening hours are 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 on Saturdays and 10:00-16:00 on Sundays, so we are flexible for viewings that suit you. This gives you the option to view potential properties seven days a week. We will accompany you on your viewings to ensure any questions can be answered there and then and offer advice when required.
5 Make an offer
Once you have found a suitable property you’ll be required to complete a tenancy application where you are able to state any conditions of the offer and provide details for your references. Once you have supplied us with these details we will communicate them with the landlord.
6 Offer accepted
If and when your offer is accepted, we organise the following steps regardless of whether or not the property is managed:
- Collect references from the referees you have provided
- Arrange the signing of the Tenancy Agreement
- Collect your moving in payment made up of your rent and deposit
Once you have completed you’ll be given a set of keys and if you are moving into managed property we will provide you with your property manager’s contact details. You will have reached the stage of moving into your new home.
