1 No legal fees unless you move
Our long standing relationship with our recommended solicitors has enabled us to be able to offer our clients a ‘no move no fee’ conveyancing service*, meaning should your sale or purchase not proceed for any reason you are able to limit the costs that you would normally incur. (*This relates to the fee the solicitors charge for their service but would not include any disbursements such as a local search fee that you would have had to pay at certain times within a transaction).
2 Fixed fees
You will only be charged the price agreed at the beginning of your service with our solicitors. This gives you a transparent idea of how you can arrange to make your payment. All of our offices have a specialist member of staff who can advise you further on conveyancing.
3 Search information
You need to know every detail when it comes to you buying a home and our recommended solicitors will provide you with search packs containing a wealth of data. You will be aware of any planning permissions within the proximity of the property as well as being provided with flooding, environmental and amenity information.
4 Service promise and keeping in touch
We work together with our recommended solicitors to provide a seamless customer service experience for you. This ensures you’ll have peace of mind and be made aware of all progress updates. Communication at all times is vital so that you’re not left worrying for any length of time.
Our conveyancing guides provide you with a detailed overview of the process but you can always get in touch with us if you require any further information along the way.
5 Pro-active branch
Our in branch conveyancing specialists will be on hand to follow up requests or gather any further information required by the solicitors to save you time and hassle. This will help all aspects of the purchase or sale of your property to be as smooth and stress free as possible.
Your case will be chased on your behalf giving you less to worry about. We do our very best to ensure your requested timescale is achieved, which is why we feel it is so important to have members of staff who have a concise and dedicated understanding to conveyancing.
