One of the guidelines the government has issued is to limit the number of physical viewings taking place and for applicants showing serious interest in a property, which means applicants who are proceedable and have finances in place in order to be able to move forward.
As a result we are asking people to apply for properties they are interested in based on the video attached, from there we will start our referencing process for you to commit to the property. Once this has been passed we will then be able to book in a physical viewing prior to any move in dates.
