The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises a generous sitting room with a feature fireplace, providing an excellent living space filled with natural light. To the rear, the kitchen overlooks the garden and offers plenty of storage and worktop space, with scope for updating to suit modern tastes. The ground floor also benefits from a dining room with patio doors opening onto the rear garden, a double bedroom and a shower room, making it ideal for those seeking flexible living arrangements.

To the first floor are two further well-proportioned double bedrooms, both benefitting from fitted wardrobes, together with a second shower room, offering practical accommodation for families or visiting guests.

Externally, the property enjoys a private rear garden with a combination of patio and lawn, providing an excellent space for outdoor entertaining, gardening or simply relaxing. To the front, a driveway provides off-road parking and leads to an integral garage.

Location Summary

Deal is a town situated in Kent, which lies on the English Channel, eight miles north-east of Dover and eight miles south of Ramsgate. This former fishing and mining town became a 'limb port' of the Cinque Ports in 1278 and grew into the busiest port in England. In 1968, “Middle Street” was the first Conservation Area in Kent, its quaint streets and houses a reminder of its history along with many ancient buildings and monuments including, most notably, Deal and Walmer Castles . Today it is a seaside resort with its award-winning High Street, high-speed train Links to St Pancras and independent shops. An array of cafes and pubs sit along the picturesque seafront that is home to a sweeping pier.
