Miles & Barr begins its expansion into the wider Kent market

East Kent’s leading estate agency, Miles & Barr, will open the doors to a new branch on Ashford’s bustling high street on July 2nd, 2022. The venture into the popular and growing Ashford housing market marks the company’s first branch opening for more than a decade as they begin expansion plans into the wider Kent marketplace.

The independent multi-award-winning agency, with 23 years of experience, will launch in Ashford with a limited-time introductory 0% fee for both Sales and Lettings instructions. Opening with a prominent location in the pedestrianised town centre, on Kings Parade, the soon to open office has views across to Ashford’s bandstand.

The Ashford office will provide specialist services in Sales, Lettings, Exclusive Homes, Land & New Homes, Property Management, Commercial Sales & Lettings, Estate & Block Management, plus Financial Services.
