i-PACKS are being introduced to all of our listings, a first for the regional housing industry, with the aim of helping to reduce the completion period from sale agreed to collecting the keys by several weeks. The packs also help to decrease the number of sales that fall through by providing more information about an individual property than ever before at the initial research stage, meaning buyers can make informed decisions before committing to a purchase.
