My name is Dominic Murphy and I am now working in partnership with Miles & Barr to give a dedicated service to the area in which you live. We believe that estate agency needs to change to give you, the customer, a better overall experience when moving home.

It is now a fact that 80% to 90% of all initial property enquiries come via the internet and therefore we need to move with the times and adapt the service that we offer our clients.

I am now one of ten Business Owners in Thanet (known as Local Partners) all working in partnership with Miles & Barr who will each dedicate their time to an individual area of approximately 5000 homes. I will be dedicating my time, as one of the ten Local Partners, to the area in which you live. This ensures that the highest possible level of customer service is given to you, as you will always deal personally with the business owner, which ensures integrity, trust and continuity – three essential components in today’s climate.
