It is now a fact that 80% to 90% of all initial property enquiries come via the internet and therefore we need to move with the times and adapt the service that we offer our clients.
We now have multiple business owners (known as local partners) all working in partnership with us who will each dedicate their time to an individual area of approximately 5000 homes. This ensures that the highest possible level of customer service is given to you, as you will always deal personally with the business owner, which ensures integrity, trust and continuity – three essential components in today’s climate.

Flexible hours
Each local partner must live up to their clients expectations. It is essential for all their clients to be able to reach them outside of traditional office hours. By being flexible, this will not only assist you, it will also leave no opportunity missed. It would not be out of the ordinary for them to be negotiating for you at 9:00pm on a Sunday evening if that’s what it takes.
No tie in
Traditional estate agents have hidden behind lengthy sole agency contracts for many years. These tie in periods are heavily weighted in the estate agents favour as protection regardless of the levels of service that they provide you. Our local partners will not ask for a minimum sole agency period, just a simple set of terms and conditions which will be agreed between the two of you. This will include written service standards that will hold them accountable to you as their selling client.
One point of contact
All outstanding businesses are built on the foundation of recommendations and referrals. Each local partner will be with you from the very start and all the way through to your moving day. This means you can be reassured of a personal and consistent experience based on hard work and high standards. This also eliminates miscommunication which can be the biggest frustration with the traditional estate agency model. They will each only deal with a limited number of selling clients at any one time which means the quality and performance of my business is delivered to the highest possible standards.
Motivated to get results
Traditionally the typical estate agent will earn a small percentage of their company’s selling fee, with the majority of their income then being made up of a guaranteed basic salary which is not performance related. Our local partners will pick up the lion share of the selling fee, with their associated partners being heavily incentivised to sell each others properties. The Owner to Owner method means the local partners are extremely motivated to sell your home and, if their performance falters, ultimately, their business will fail.

Promoting our community
Traditional estate agents very rarely promote or take an active part in their communities and generally choose to focus just on your bricks and mortar. As so many buyers come from other parts of the town, city or country it is essential that we give the same priority to selling your community as we do your property.

We will not be associated with the traditional estate agency model and the stigmas this attracts. An O2O agent will be recognized as the ethical, value-added solution that is clearly identifiable within our market place. We aim to change the way people think and fell about estate agents by creating a whole new business model robust enough to cope with all markets by replacing the typical employed estate agent with a highly skilled and motivated business partner.
