Who will conduct the viewings on my property?
Within each of our offices we have at least one exclusive homes representative who will carry out all viewings on your property. Our opening hours aim to meet the requirements of all our clients. If you’d prefer to lead the viewing, we completely understand and will share all details about the buyer ahead of the viewing. All viewings’ appointments will be agreed with you ahead of time, and we will where possible arrange them with at least 24-hour’s notice. However, there might be occasions when a viewing is arranged last minute and that is because we may have the right buyer for your home, and we recommend striking while the iron is hot.
Do I need to be present for the viewings?
So long as you have given us permission to access your property, you do not need to be present for viewings. We understand that you lead a busy life so if you are home when a viewing takes place we will inform the buyers and will do our best not to impose on your day-to-day activities.
