A Valuer’s position is highly important. You will be responsible for and trained not only for valuing property but also how to justify that valuation to potential vendors.
You will also be trained on how to sell Miles & Barr Financial Services against our competitors and deal with situations where other Agents have quoted low fees and have over-valued property.
Responsible for:
- Carrying out valuations effectively and achieving your listings targets
- Achieving consistent valuation/instruction conversion rates
- Achieving consistent average fees
- Achieving consistent listing/sale ratios
- Effective vendor feedback
- Effective qualification of valuations
- Financial Services – Conveyancing targets
- Interacting with the team re new properties on the market
