A Trainee Valuer is an exciting and potentially rewarding role. The person will be adaptable to all sorts of people and situations and will have consistently achieved targets as a Sales Adviser, being particularly strong at scoring and
qualifying valuations.
The individual will be professional, committed and have the ability to “think on their feet”.
Responsible for:
- Vendor feedback
- Arranging viewings
- Effectively qualifying valuations
- Scoring valuations
- Achieving any sales and viewings targets set
- Assisting with offer handling
- Effective vendor care
- FS targets
- Conveyancing targets
- Interacting with the team re: new properties on the market
- Learning how to be effective on valuations
- Putting re-listing system in place with Manager/Senior Negotiator
- Carrying out valuations effectively
