Senior Valuer

This person will consistently list more properties than any other person within the branch. They will have been valuing effectively for a minimum of two years and understand the role inside out.

They will be supportive towards their Team and consistently demonstrate, through their performance and attitude, a deep knowledge of the market place and environment they are working within. They will often be the first people to feel the marketplace moving and will sometimes dictate to what degree.

Responsible for:

  • Achieving more listings than any other Negotiator in the branch
  • Consistently achieving high fee levels
  • Consistently achieving high valuation/listing levels
  • Consistently achieving high sales/listing ratios
  • Assist with training within the branch
  • Have a hands-on approach to the highs and lows of the marketplace
  • Come up with innovative ideas and suggestions when faced with problems or situations
