A Senior Negotiator will have consistently achieved goals and targets. The individual will assist with the directing of the sales team and therefore frequently be liaising between their Manager and Team.
You will have a complete understanding of all branch activity, be able to prioritise and spot opportunities for business within your branch.

- Hitting viewing targets

- Negotiating offers
- Assisting and organising of the Sales Team (daily)
- Assisting the Sales Team to reach their goals
- Constantly interacting with the Team
- Ensuring all business opportunities are uncovered
- Constantly assessing the Team for workrate and effectiveness
- Assisting the Team in achieving viewing, sales and FS targets
- Ensuring the Team are focused on scoring and generating valuations
- Consistently leading by example
- Perform any other tasks that you may be asked to undertake from time to time
