A Sales Manager will be someone who has a proven track record as a Senior Negotiator.
You will have taken your first steps on the road to management and you will take responsibility for the performance of the Sales Team ensuring that they are consistently achieving their viewings and sales targets.
You will consistently demonstrate an ability to motivate and adapt to different members of your Sales Team dealing with over performance or under performance in an effective manner.
Responsible for:
- Achieving office sales targets
- Achieving office viewing targets
- Training
- Dealing with over/under performance Negotiators
- Achieving Financial Services targets
- Achieving Conveyancing targets
- Organising the Sales Team (daily)
- Constantly interacting with the Team and motivating them
- Constantly assessing the Team for effectiveness
- Understand the concept and delivery of an effective 1:1
- Consistently lead by example
- Perform any other tasks that you may be asked to undertake from time to time
