Having shown a complete competency and dedicated approach at grade 3 level you will now be required to successfully manage your branch whilst allowing time to support the company in other roles such as overseeing another branch with a less experienced manager.
As a Senior Manager you may be asked to assist in many areas such as training, marketing meetings, recruitment and general development of the company.
Expectations within this role:
In addition to Grade 1, 2 & 3
- You will have developed a self sufficient Team that can function at target levels whilst receiving reduced input from you.
- You will be able to oversee another branch giving advice and suggestions to the Manager.
- You will be competent at problem solving and introducing necessary systems to improve performance for that branch.
- You may be responsible for additional branches reaching their targets.
- An ability to motivate and manage a branch effectively and consistently whilst dividing your time between branches.
- You will be able to prioritise your time efficiently offering support to all areas needed.
