As a Listings Manager you will be directly responsible for the branch achieving its listings target. You will be responsible for the individual performance of the Valuers within the branch, their listings: sale ratio, the conversions of valuations/instructions and average fee.
You will also have a big influence within the branch in respect of the setting up and implementation of touting systems and ensuring that the branch is making the most of every opportunity to create and score valuations. You will also work
closely with the Branch Manager and consistently be assessing the needs of the branch – this could be in a number of guises i.e. assessing and delivering training.

- Achieving branch listing/sales ratio
