Branch Manager - Grade 2

At this point you would have reached our expectations at grade 1 level and have produced a consistency in branch performance. You will still be shadowed by an experienced associate but to a lesser degree.

You will be making more decisions by yourself and having more involvement in the man-management aspect of the role whilst continuing to communicate effectively with your liaising associate.

Expectations within this role:

In addition to Grade 1

  • To be able to hold a Staff appraisal effectively giving clear direction and to confidently deliver any criticisms and issues that need to be managed and actioned.
  • To have a complete understanding of prospecting and touting systems of which you will implement, monitor, and maintain a consistency within.
  • You will produce a consistent performance at target levels (market permitting).
  • You will begin to assess your team and to start to make suggestions on possible changes and improvements to enhance performance.
  • To embrace and perform as a branch within the company’s associated businesses.
