Once you have completed you’ll be given a set of keys and if you are moving into managed property we will provide you with your property manager’s contact details. You will have reached the stage of moving into your new home.

If and when your offer is accepted, we organise the following steps regardless of whether or not the property is managed:
- Collect references from the referees you have provided
- Arrange the signing of the Tenancy Agreement
- Collect your moving in payment made up of your rent and deposit

Our office opening hours are 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 on Saturdays and 10:00-16:00 on Sundays, so we are flexible for viewings that suit you. This gives you the option to view potential properties seven days a week. We will accompany you on your viewings to ensure any questions can be answered there and then and offer advice when required.

Once you have found a suitable property you’ll be required to complete a tenancy application where you are able to state any conditions of the offer and provide details for your references. Once you have supplied us with these details we will communicate them with the landlord.
