The Sales Advisor role is a great place for you to learn and develop ready to progress your career further in the property industry. Initially, you will be spending much of your time out in the local area to accompany viewings, whilst gaining an understanding of Estate Agency and the sales processes we have in place. Over time the role and your responsibilities will grow in line with your personal development programme and on the job training, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the expected performance as a fully trained Sales Negotiator, managing your own book of clients and contributing to the success of your team and office.  

The Role:
  • As a Sales Advisor, you will represent our business to a high standard when with clients in the office or out on viewings. 
  • You will register clients, book and attend viewings, and secure valuations along with Financial Services referrals. 
  • You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed the targets set and contribute to team success.

The Package:

Basic Salary - £20,600 - £21,750

OTE - £26,000 - £31,000 (dependant on experience and performance)

Location - East Kent

Work Pattern - 5 days a week (including Saturday)

Experience and Qualification Required:
  • As the leading agent in the area, we know we can teach you the skills and knowledge to be a great Estate Agent, so previous sales experience is not necessary but you do need to have a winning attitude and bags of charm!
  • A full clean driving licence and your own car are a must. 
  • Math and English Grade C or above.

What we are looking for from you:
  • Managing the tenancies for all properties that are in your caseload
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with both landlords and tenants
  • Taking ownership of all issues, queries and enquiries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved
  • Providing support to a busy, fast paced team
 
Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above
  • Lettings experience is not essential, as full training will be given to ensure necessary standards are met
